The Van Voorhis Family

This is the family website of the descendants of Abraham F Van Voorhis who was born on February 1, 1812, in Washington County, Pennsylvania. With the help of his sons, he purchased land near the village of Hindsboro, Illinois. and built a farm. Abraham passed on June 14, 1886 at the age of 74 and is buried in the Van Voorhis Cemetery located on the land he purchased.
